Carlos is an experienced real estate investor. He belongs to several real estate investment associations and owns multiple properties in various cities. Perhaps more importantly, he knows how to work with banks and lenders to finance real estate portfolios large and small.

Carlos has experience with underwriting and risk analysis. He also has experience in consulting, including municipal property tax consulting, and municipal building permit consulting. When he has a few minutes to spare he has run marathons, competed in martial arts tournaments, won provincial level chess tournaments, and now spends time with his wife and new baby daughter.
