Real Estate and mortgage financing is in Wes’ DNA. Coming from a family of generations of realtors, real estate investors and business owners and with over 15 years experience on his own, Wes has placed over $250 million in mortgage financing in the Hamilton and surrounding area.

Wes is an active real estate investor and owner and as such has experience in just about every potential scenario for mortgage financing, including building new, single family purchases, property flips, rental properties, family cottages and multi-unit properties.

When real estate is your life passion like Wes, it’s easy to believe it when he says; “my life long experience in these different areas of Real Estate will help educate you and help you on your journey into home ownership.”

Wes is an active Dad, family man and coach with 3 young kids in hockey and soccer. In his spare time, Wes also likes to suit up for hockey, soccer and golf to keep his fitness and competitiveness as sharp as ever.
