Is it true OMAC Mortgages in London has the "lowest rates" ?

Good question, many clients have left one of our OMAC offices with a much lower rate then what they were offered from their current bank, so many people would answer your question as “yes” But… the truth is, OMAC Mortgages is a group of high volume mortgage brokers who pool together with the lenders to help lower rates from the major banks. There are other broker firms who do the same sort of group work so those brokers can also offer the same sort of products and rates. So to sum up the answer, I think any OMAC Mortgage office will definitely be “close” to the lowest rates, but to say “OMAC Mortgages has the lowest rates” may be a bit of a stretch, it is “possible” for others to have equally low rates.
