Have you received your year end mortgage statement?

Feb 3, 2017

Do you want to know how your mortgage measures up? Could you be paying off your mortgage more effectively?

Once a year, banks and lenders send out a year end mortgage statement showing us how much interest we have paid off and how much our debt has decreased over the past year.

At Mortgage Teacher, we’ve created a Report Card tool that allows homeowners to take this information and generate a grade to help them understand how effectively they are paying off their mortgage. Many Canadians don’t take the time to reevaluate their Mortgage to see if there are adjustments that can be made to make their mortgage work harder for them.

If you’d like to see how your statement measures up, click the photo below and take a few minutes to fill out our Report Card and we will send you an honest grade on how well you’re doing with your mortgage.
